Summer Party 2026
We’re thinking about organising a residents’ get-together on Saturday 18th July at 3pm on the Estate as a chance to meet neighbours socially.

Dates: Saturday 25th July to Monday 31st August 2026
Coverage: All weekends and public holidays inclusive
Access Changes
West Drive: Guard on duty 10:00 – 16:00 (weather permitting).
East Drive: Vehicle access fully closed during these hours.
Trial Run Dates
When: Sunday 24th & Monday 25th May 2026
Hours: 10:00 – 16:00 (weather permitting).
Resident Action Required
Passes: Display resident or visitor passes clearly on all vehicles.
Requests: Email ebra.estate@gmail.com if you need extra vehicle passes.
